Maria Cristina Guglielmo, BSc, PhD

Dr. Maria Cristina Guglielmo has degree in Medical Biotechnologies at the University of Rome “ La Sapienza”. She completed her PhD in Science and Cellular Technologies with a thesis regarding the study of factors that could regulate the follicle development and the correct oocyte maturation. In 2010 Maria Cristina joined Biogenesi where she participated in research projects focused on the ultrastructure of human oocyte and started her training as Clinical Embryologist. She is currently working on confocal analysis of human oocytes and on time lapse microscopy to study early embryo development.

Silvana Gippone, MD, MSc

Dr. Silvana Gippone, graduated in Medicine and Surgery University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro” obtained her specialisation in the Obstetrics and Gynecology in2005. During her experience as specialist in reproduction she worked at the Research Laboratory of Molecular and Genetic Biology – University of Turin and she obtained the second level University Master’s Degree in Reproductive Medicine, University of Padua.
In 2013 she joined Biogenesi; her main research interests are ART technique and the optimization of new stimulation protocols. She has participated in numerous courses and congresses and has been published in national and international scientific journlas.

Claudio Brigante, MD

Dr. Claudio Brigante , graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan, and specializes in Obstetrics and gynecology since 1988. He has externsive experience in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technologies since 1984 and is also a practicing gynecologistl and obstetrician with experience especially in minimal invasive reproductive surgery. In 1991 he delivered the first baby born after gamete intrauterine transfer. Currently he is taking part in clinical research projects focusing on the effects of luteal phase support on endometrial receptivity and optimizing protocols of ovarian stimulation for Assisted Reproductive Technologies
Author of about one hundred Reproductive Medicine papers, he has attended as participant and speaker many conferences and events. He is a JARG reviewer since 2013 and long-standing member of ESHRE and ASRM.

Fausta Brambillasca, BSc, PhD

Dr. Fausta Brambillasca is a ESRHE certified senior clinical embryologist with experience in IVF techniques. She graduated in 1997 and obtained her PhD in Applied Genetics in 2000 at University of Milan. In 2002 Fausta joined Biogenesi IVF laboratories and she is working now as deputy Laboratory Director. She participates in research projects on IVF, IVM as well as fertility preservation programs and ovarian tissue cryopreservation. She has delivered lectures in many national and international conferences and has been invited as teacher in a number of workshops. Dr. Brambillasca has published multiple articles in high ranking journals and actively participates in research and education.

Mario Mignini Renzini, MD

Dr. Dr Mario Mignini Renzini obtained his medical degree and did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Milan, Italy. He then trained in Reproductive Medicine and in Endoscopic and Traditional Surgery in several clinics. He started his activity at the Unit of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology at the San Gerardo University Hospital in Monza, Italy. From 1995 to 1997 he worked at the Hospital in Sondrio where he established and directed the ART centre. He is Adjunct Professor at the School of Specialization in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, and teaches in the Master in Biology and Reproductive Biotecnology at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He is founding member of Biogenesi. His main areas of clinical activity concern Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecological Surgery. Since 2017 he is is Director of Department in Gynecology at the Istituti Clinici Zucchi in Monza and Clinical Director of Biogenesi. He has co-authored of multiple articles published in peer-reviewed journals and he is regular speaker at national and international meetings. He is active member of national and international professional and scientific societies.

Maria Beatrice Dal Canto, BSc, PhD, Laboratory Director

Dr. Dal Canto is a senior clinical embryologist with twenty years of hands-on laboratory experience on IVF techniques, with outstanding credentials and proven record of results.
A University of Pisa graduate, she has Involved in creation and development of research projects, both in animal and human field, in collaboration with diverse Universities and private groups.
Current research interests include in vitro maturation of human oocytes, oocyte and cumulus cells transcriptomics and oocyte cytoskeletal dynamics. Recently her efforts are directed to the study of the ultra-structure of the human oocyte by confocal microscopy and to the study of the early mitotic divisions of human embryo by time lapse microscopy.

Dr. Dal Canto has delivered lectures in many national and international conferences and has been invited as teacher in a number of workshops. She has trained many embryologist worldwide and produced an extensive range of scientific publications. She is a regular reviewer for reproduction journals (Fertility & Sterility, Human Reproduction, RBMO, JARG).
She is the Laboratory Director of Biogenesi Reproductive Centres and Clinica Eugin Modena, is an Associate Professor at the University of Milan-Bicocca, Italy, and serves on the Scientific Committee of the Italian Society for Embryology (SIERR).

Rubens Fadini, MD

Dr. Rubens Fadini, graduated with honours in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan, is a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology since 1982, and a specialist in Human reproduction in 1987 at the University of Milan.
He was a pioneer in practice Artificial Reproduction and from 1985 to 1999 he directed the Unit of Reproductive Medicine Endocrinology at S. Gerardo University Hospital in Monza, University of Milan.
Since 2000 he is Founder and Chief of the BIOGENESI Reproductive Medicine Centres.
He is Assistant Professor at the School of Specialization in “Gynaecology and Obstetrics” and at the School of Medical Biotechnologies -Faculty of Medicine- of the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Currently he is taking part of several clinical and biological research projects on optimizing the ovarian stimulation protocols for Assisted Reproductive Technologies. Current research interests include new strategies for fertility preservation and endometrial physiology and receptivity.
He delivered lectures in many national and international conferences, produced an extensive range of scientific publications and act as a regular reviewer for reproduction journals (Fertility & Sterility, Human Reproduction, RBMO, JARG).
